NCSL Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

Senator Moore called the meeting to order. The following officers were present:
Senator Richard Moore, President
Senator Steve Morris, President-Elect
Representative Terie Norelli, Vice President
Senator Don Balfour, Immediate Past President
Tim Rice, Staff Chair
Michael Adams, Staff Vice Chair
Nancy Cyr, Immediate Past Staff Chair
A quroum was present with 49 members of the Executive Committee in attendance. Several guests and NCSL staff were also present.
