Sports & Recreation Services collects personal information under the authority of the University of Western Ontario Act, 1982, as amended, and uses it to process your registration, administer and operate our programs and services, provide you with specific program and seminar information, inform you about changes to courses or classes in which you are registered, and identify you and contact guardians or emergency contacts in the event of an emergency or other incident. Medical information such as diagnoses or conditions may be collected for those enrolled in classes so that instructors can respond appropriately in the event of an emergency. In addition, your contact information may be used to inform you about future programs and services offered by Sports & Recreation Services. If you do not wish to receive information about future programs and services, contact Membership Services at 519 661.3090.
