ACCREDITATION
MEDIA CREDENTIALS
Media credentials for one or all Western home games should be made to Chris McLachlin at mustangsmedia@uwo.ca or by phone at 519 661.2111 ext 83089 at least 48 hours prior to game time. Media Credentials must be displayed at all times and are only issued to working media.
MEDIA SEATING
Space for media is limited. However, the Media Relations Office will do its best to accommodate all working media. To ensure your spot, please contact Chris McLachlin at mustangsmedia@uwo.ca or by phone at 519 661.2111 ext 83089 at least 24 hours prior to game time. Seating is reserved on a first-contact basis.
PRACTICE SCHEDULE
The Western Mustangs practice schedules and locations vary each week. If you are planning to attend practice, it is best to confirm the scheduled times and locations with Chris McLachlin at mustangsmedia@uwo.ca or by phone at 519 661.2111 ext 83089 at least 24 hours prior to practice time.
POST-GAME INTERVIEWS
All Western Mustangs players and head coaches will be available for comment following each game. Interviews will be provided to all members of the media. Feature-length story interviews should be pre-arranged through Chris McLachlin at mustangsmedia@uwo.ca or by phone at 519 661.2111 ext 83089 at least 24 hours prior to game time.
DURING THE WEEK
Although pre- and post-practice interviews do not have to be arranged through the Media Relations Office, media are encouraged to contact the Media Relations Office to ensure that their interview requests are met. All Western Mustangs players and coaches can be made available for comment 15 minutes before and after each practice. Please note, however, that all team meetings and duties take priority.
