Helping Older Youth Succeed Through Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELOs)
ELOs work with families, communitites and schools to help keep older youth engaged in learning. Sustaining the interest of older youth in learning is particularly critical given that nearly one in four students fail to graduate from high school on time.
