Irreligious Indian - +Mohammad Qanit Takmeel You raise a good point of having double standards. I want it to be safe and I work towards it.
What I can't do is risk loosing my life before it sums up to anything that will gain a critical mass on the liberal side. How does that equate to double standard? Of course police should be there so that we can feel confident enough to say what we want in the public. That is the exact thing I am fighting for!
Taking the same example from your first question, if my wife, sister or mother wouldn't wear mini-skirts in fear of lewd comments, I would not force them to do so, I would work my way to better police service in my city. How does that give you the impression of double standards?
What you did was, you flipped the sides of my effort to use it as an attack against me. This is the second fallacy you have exploited. "If A then B" does not always go back to "B, therefore A".
Education is definitely one of the multiple actions that needs to be taken!
Yes, I seem to have wandered off on a previous post perhaps. Very much the same, molesters are still not lions. They can be primitive lesser evolved brothers we have, not lions, never lions.
Great that you said that, we can make efforts in making it a better world. And making a real better world needs real efforts.

Dulla Chandra Sekhar - People do have sentiments towards many things. But the reaction by some people is not acceptable. But the so called free speech must not hurt the sentiments of others. This is democracy. You cannot insult someone's sentiment and call it art and freedom of speech. This is hypocrisy by the elitist cultural activists. Where is the line of restraint and respect for the activists of either side.
