Afternoon temperatures 12-degrees milder than Monday and 9-degrees above normal. Strengthening southerly winds average 14 to 26 mph late morning with some gusts to 35 mph possible late today into this evening.Becoming mostly cloudy Tuesday night, milder. Gusty winds continue from the south/southwest during the night 14 to 26 mph and higher at times. Overnight lows range from 42 cooler locations away from the city to around 50 downtown and near Lake Michigan.
