The Journalists' Charity is Britain's oldest and largest charity for journalists. Currently we distribute nearly £250,000 a year in grants and other financial assistance to needy journalists, their partners and dependants.

We provide retirement housing and have an estate of sheltered housing situated in Dorking, Surrey for journalists and their dependants who are of retirement age. Eight bungalows and twelve flats are available for rent. Our care home, also in Dorking, is currently being rebuilt.
