Advanced Cell Diagnostics
Description: ACD offers RNAscope, an ultra-sensitive, robust and simple assay for RNA ISH. RNAscope was optimized for RNA ISH in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue and works equally well on frozen sections. RNAscope is the easiest and fastest assay for visualizing expression of any gene of interest in situ. Single (1) RNA transcript is the detection limit of RNAscope - there is no more sensitive in situ assay. As a molecular assay, the absolute specificity of RNAscope is based on proprietary oligo probe design. Workflow is similar to IHC and takes only 7 hours from slide to image analysis. Proprietary RNAscope probe design algorithm enables sequence to assay kit delivery for any gene in 3 weeks. RNAscope assays are guaranteed. If you have evidence of gene expression and follow the protocol, RNA in situ detection is guarantee with RNAscope. A list of current target probes is here on the website and new probes to any gene can be designed in 3 weeks.
