Q: Will Rob Bolden stay next year to play for PSU, his junior season?
Gary Yohe, Roanoke, Va.
MUSSELMAN: I think it's hard to answer that question at this point. I think it will all depend on how the rest of this season unfolds. Bolden started the first seven games, but played poorly, so I am not sure how many schools would be interested in him, quite frankly. Matt McGloin started Saturday night at Northwestern and played the entire game. However, both coach Joe Paterno and his son, quarterbacks coach Jay Paterno, refused to name McGloin the starter and said they planned to play both quarterbacks again. I don't think it's a good idea. Joe and Jay should just stick with McGloin. He is their best option. He gives the offense a certain energy that is missing when Bolden is in there.
