“Be cautious. Just saying "USB 2.0" doesn't specify the speed. The manufacturer says "USB 2.0 standard speed," which is not technically a proper speed callout. USB 2.0 supports high speed (480 Mbps), full speed (12 Mbps), and low speed (1.5 Mbps). The manufacturer gives this drive's read & write speeds as 3 MB/s. At 3 MB/s it will take about six HOURS to completely transfer 64 GB of data.”

“Run, do not walk, away from this unit. The read and write speeds of this devices are pretty bad - 5 MB/s and 3 MB/s respectively. - and this from the manufacturer's website. These specs are definitely on the low end of USB flash drive performance.”

“As shown, these bucky-things - the white ones especially - look like the little cubes that turn into an alien ship in Super 8. /spoiler”

“Meh. I'm done with watches that need batteries, need winding, etc. I'll stick with my solar-power Citizen Eco-Drive. Looks better than this Invicta (to me, anyway) and keeps excellent time. I've had it for several years now and still love it.”

“I had one of these a few years ago and my experience mirrors that of many Wooters. Thinning the paint to the proper viscosity was a pain, the sprayer was noisy as all get-out, and clean-up took longer than the painting portion of the job. The results were just so-so. Later, I got a 1/3 hp airless sprayer and used the spray gun for outside work. For large inside jobs, I got a power roller attachment for the airless spray pump. Clean-up was still rough (because I am very picky), but painting was never easier. I spent over $400 on painting equipment and achieved professional results. Don't expect to do the same for $32.99 + $5 shipping. If you DO buy this item, I wish you the best of luck.”

“I got a previous Acer netbook on a Woot! a couple of months ago, and it was a refurb. I am pretty happy with the unit, but the "refurb" aspect meant that the bezel surrounding the LCD screen had been re-polished and there was still quite a bit of polishing compound left in the nooks and crannies. Since the display bezel was shiny black, the white polishing compound stood out like a sore thumb. I tried picking it out from places around screw covers and the WEBCAM (Arrgh!) but never did manage to get it all off. Beware refurb if you are a picky b@stard such as myself. YMMV.”
