Condoleezza Rice: Still Not Running for President

(HQP)First lady Laura Bush predicts that United States will son have a female president, she said it'll be a republican and has a good chance it will be Secretary of the State Condoleezza Rice.
 
Although that comment could boost Rice's confidence, She still rules out the posibility of her running for the head of the office position. Mrs. Bush said "I think it will happen for sure," on Friday about a woman running the office.

Debuted last January of 2005 the product who sold only online, has sold US$4,995 and with a capacity to index 50,000 documents, an impressive mark. It started at about US$30,000 and indexed documents at about more than a 100,000.

Google seems to have made a deal with Motorola; every time Motorola users will turn on their phones they will be greeted by a Google icon on the display window of their phones.

This new arrangement will be introduced in series of statements by Google’s co-founder Larry Page at the Consumer Electronics Show which takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 5-8, 2006.

Real Estate 30-Year Mortgages Falling

“Interest rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages currently are below the monthly averages set in November and December of 2005,” Frank Nothft Chief Economist for Mortgage Giant Freddie Mac. On Thursday it's weekly survey that rates on 30-year, it's fixed rate mortgages falls to 6.21 percent for the week that ends on Jan. 6. That was 0.01 percent down from last week's rate of 6.22 percentand probably the lowest since last year.

WHO: Avian Influenza Precautions will Suffice

Turkey managed to take precautions in a "timely and properly," manner, it was said in a statement from The World Health Organization (WHO).
The current situation is not bad enough to cause panic, according to the organization, adding that tourists should feel perfectly safe traveling to Turkey.

Foreign Trade Surplus in China Triples

The foreign trade surplus of China tripled in 2005, recorded as $101,9 billion.
The Chinese Customs Department in a recent report announced export rose 28.4 percent, becoming $762 billion. Import increased by 17.6 percent and closed the year at $660 billion. With these figures, the growing economy of giant Asia totaled a $1.42 trillion foreign trade volume.
