Fred Smith, vice chairman, Suite Partners
Fred Smith has joined Suite Partners Inc. as vice chairman and head of production.
He will help lead Suite as they begin taking their LiveLab social media factories national and develop content for the company's clients.
Before joining Suite, Smith was founder and CEO of Leap Partnership, a Chicago-based internet developer and advertising agency. Among its projects, it developed AA.com for American Airlines, establishing 35 million members in their e-commence/collaborative database, and developed Metromix for Tribune Co. Other clients included Microsoft, Nike, Anheuser Busch and Procter & Gamble.
Smith also founded IdeaCast, a national Satellite affiliate of ESPN, CNN and CNBC targeting health clubs. He also has held executive producer positions with DDB, Y&R;, and Leo Burnett.
