Chicago folk legend and former Old Town School student John Prine returns home to the Old Town School stage. A native of Maywood, IL, Prine's body of work has become the high-water mark of American songwriting and his songs have found a home in the repertoire of musical luminaries such as Bonnie Raitt, Johnny Cash and George Strait. Proceeds from this event provide support for the Old Town School's outreach initiatives, student financial aid, and an array of education and performance programs.
