Manpower
The Manpower Plans Branch provides policy, guidance, information and resources to manage total force manpower, to include military, civilian and contractor data. The Manpower Plans Branch serves as a conduit between the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), Bureau of Personnel (BUPERS), Enlisted Placement Management Center (EPMAC) and Navy Manpower Analysis Center (NAVMAC), when dealing with manpower and manning issues. Manpower documents are distributed on a monthly basis to the Navy regions and CNIC manpower representatives work with each installation to implement manpower changes as needed. The goal is to serve the installations by acting as an "honest broker" in all aspects of manpower and manning when representing the Navy Region Southeast mission.
