Maintenance Warning

The on-line permitting system has been modified to validate that your contractor license and your insurance have not expired.

If your record indicates expired information, please email your new insurance policy and/or state license information to: DSDLicense@sanantonio.gov and then call 210.207.1111, option 0 to have your record updated.

PLEASE NOTE: TO REGISTER YOUR NEW LICENSE, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY YOUR REGISTRATION FEE PRIOR TO BEING ABLE TO OBTAIN A PERMIT.

The system will be down nightly from 2:00 - 5:00 a.m. for maintenance. The service will be unavailable during this time. This web site is experiencing intermittent problems with credit card transactions. City staff are working to resolve the problem. If you receive a credit card payment confirmation and the application fees remain unpaid, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PAY AGAIN. Staff are monitoring these applications and will make adjustments as necessary. Please allow staff a few hours to detect the problem and correct your application. Problems occurring on nights/weekends will be detected/corrected the following business day.
