The National Geographic makes every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Items in stock are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of order. Personalized items and those that are shipped direct from the manufacturer may have longer delivery times which are indicated in the product description and are not available via expedited methods. Orders may ship in multiple boxes and arrive separately. Some items may not be available in all areas or via expedited methods. If there are any problems with your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with further details. If you registered during the checkout process, you can check the status of your order by selecting "My Account" on the top of the home page. To login you will need your email address and the password you established.
Once shipped, the delivery time is based upon the product you ordered and the shipping method you chose during checkout.
Shipping charges vary by place and shipping method—please see below. Shipping and handling (S&H;) will be added to your order when you check out. Our shipping rates include the cost of customer service, processing, and shipping.
Standard Delivery:
Depending on the item(s) ordered, shipments will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class or ParcelForce. Items will be delivered within 3-4 days of shipping.

Orders £ 100 or greater £ 6.95
Express Delivery:
We offer Express delivery on orders received by noon. Orders will shipped for arrival within 1-2 days. There is a £ 9.95 surcharge above our standard rates.
