Certain advertisers can age-restrict their video and/or channel in order to comply with industry or regulatory guidelines regarding minimum viewing age that may apply to their content but that would not otherwise be required by our Community Guidelines. This age restriction is imposed by the uploader and is not a result of flags from YouTube's user community. Videos that have been proactively age-restricted by the uploader are, however, still subject to YouTube's Community Guidelines. Our users can still flag these videos as usual and we will take further action if necessary. For more information on how we enforce our policies, please see here.
