Toll Brothers will host a national Dream Home Sales Event Saturday through July 31 at all of its communities, including eight in the Chicago area.
As part of the promotion, manufacturers such as Kohler, Whirlpool, and Shaw are offering incentives that give buyers the opportunity to personalize their homes with upgraded carpet, hardwood flooring, appliances, faucets and more.
Buyers must make a deposit during the promotion and sign an agreement of sale within 10 days of deposit.
Throughout the event, representatives from TBI Mortgage Co., a Toll Brothers subsidiary, will be available to offer guidance on below-market mortgage programs.
Toll Brothers offers a variety of home styles at these local developments: town homes in Bloomingdale at Bloomingdale Walk; single-family homes, town homes and active-adult, single-family homes and ranch town homes in Elgin at Bowes Creek Country Club; single-family homes and town homes at Hawthorn Woods Country Club in Hawthorn Woods; row homes in Morton Grove at The Crossings at Morton Grove; condominiums and town homes in Glenview at Patriot Commons at The Glen; single-family homes in North Aurora at Lake Run Estates; single-family homes at The Woods of South Barrington; and active-adult, single-family ranch homes at Regency at The Woods of South Barrington.

American Invsco condos
The next 11 buyers at 200 North Dearborn will pocket discounts of 40 percent to 55 percent at the 47-story Chicago Loop apartment tower being converted to condominium ownership by American Invsco.
Buyers who pay cash will receive an additional 5 percent off the discounted sales price.
"In order to meet our Fannie Mae presale requirements, we must sell 36 units," said Gouletas. "Twenty-five residences already have been contracted since early December, so only 11 units remain for sale in this special limited-time price discount offer."

Unit 805, a one-bedroom residence, is sale priced at $188,300, formerly $327,700.
