The pull-down window at the bottom of this page lists some of the most commonly requested services, from removing an abandoned vehicle to reporting a vacant or abandoned building to replacing a lightbulb on your street or alley.

You may enter your e-mail address to receive a confirmation that your request has been received, or you may call 311, the City's non-emergency number, to verify the status of your request. People who live outside the City of Chicago may call 312-744-5000.

Of course, you can still request these services by calling your alderman or 311. However you do it, we're committed to respond to your request quickly.
