Special NeedsFirst Baptist Church is committed to ministering to every one of God's children. Below you will find information about the Special Needs Ministry at First Baptist.
Building Accessibility Our Sanctuary is completely wheelchair accessible. We have wheelchairs available for those who need assistance for worship. Please see the ushers at the doors for this help. Worship Enhancement ASL (American Sign Language) is available upon request. If you need more information about this or are qualified to assist with this ministry, please e-mail joy@fbchsv.org. Special Needs Adults Sunday Morning Bible Study Transportation can be provided upon request for this class. The transportation is provided in a church mini-bus with wheelchair capabilities and is driven by qualified drivers from our congregation. Buddy Ministry The purpose of the Buddy Ministry is to provide the assistance necessary to enable all children and youth to learn about God's love and grow in faith. If you have a child or know a child who needs special help while at church and would like more information, contact the Childhood Ministries Office at 256-428-9411 or Joy Moore, joy@fbchsv.org. You may also complete the Buddy Ministry Child and Youth Information Card and return it to the Childhood Ministries Office. SMART
