Recreation

The Christian Life Center is currently closed for renovation.  We thank you for your understanding.

 
The Recreation Ministry supports the mission of First Baptist by ministering to the physical, social, and spiritual needs of our church and community.  We provide opportunities for fitness, sports, and fellowship.


Christian Life Center Hours:

 
Due to the upcoming construction, the CLC is currently open at a limited schedule, primarily in the morning and early afternoon.  Please contact the desk at (256) 428-9445 if you have any questions.
 
Monday 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Tuesday 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Wednesday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Thursday 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Sunday Closed

Christian Life Center

 
The First Baptist Christian Life Center (CLC) has the following features:
  • Basketball court with six goals
  • Fitness Room with weight machines, free weights, and fitness equipment.
  • Racquetball Court
  • Walking Track
  • Game Room
  • Space for Crafts and Parties
We have a variety of weekly events, including:
  • Fitness classes--These include aerobics, yoga, and pilates.
  • Seniorsize--A Fitness class for experienced adults affiliated with Huntsville Hospital Senior Horizons
  • Line Dancing
  • Self Defense Classes

 We also offer our space for a variety of events, including birthday parties, Sunday School fellowships, organizational meetings, and church lock-ins.  Contact us for more details.

The Recreation Ministry is also involved in various church-wide fellowship opportunities, including the annual church picnic and fall festival.
