love this place I cant ask for anything more. The location is great for us. 15 minutes to anywhere. I think the people who put the VERY bad ratings are the ones the owners kick out. We never experienced any issues here. Been here 2 years. My kids love it. Maintenance is good. Office is good.

Long time tenant Tampa Park has really improved. I have good neighbors, like my own parking space, my son plays with the Tampa Park Titan football team and the office got me learning computers in their computer room for Tampa Park residents.
