They will be further investigated under Administrative Disciplinary Tribunal (ADT) Case Number 2011-001 for gross negligence, grave misconduct and gross neglect of duty. UPCC Associate Dean Richelita Galapate has been designated as OIC. The ADT which is tasked to conduct an investigation of the case is composed of Atty. Rosario Rodrigo Larracas (chair), Prof. Alden Lauzon and Dr. J. Prospero De Vera III. Larracas (Office of Student Affairs) is from UP Manila while Lauzon (College of Arts and Letters) and De Vera (National College of Public Administration and Governance) are from UP Diliman.
