Volvo: 350 2010-11 XC90 to check for a power steering fluid leak from the oil pipe connection at the steering gear valve housing and replace if necessary. 5/12/11

GM: 4,674 2011 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon to check if the windshield wiper motor crank arm is tightened to specification. 5/5/11

GM: 100,308 2011 Chevrolet Cruze with automatic transmission to inspect for an improperly installed transmission shift linkage and adjust if necessary. 5/5/11

GM: 128,911 2011 Chevrolet Cruze to inspect the intermediate shaft/steering gear assembly to assure bolt is fully seated and the shaft properly assembled. 5/5/11

Hyundai: 6,169 2010 Santa Fe 2WD with automatic transmission and 2.4-liter engines to replace the right side output gear and intermediate shaft. 4/27/11

Honda: 2,430 2001-02 Accord and Civic, 2002-03 CR-V, 2002 Odyssey, 2003 Acura CL, and 2002-03 Acura TL on which a replacement service air bag may have been installed to inspect for defects in the inflator and replace if necessary. 4/27/11

Volkswagen: 5,992 2001-04 Audi A6, 2002-03 S6 and 2003 RS6 equipped with 4.2-liter engines to reinforce the nipple on the rollover valve to prevent leakage or repair the cracking at the nipple. 4/26/11

Toyota: 50,939 2011 Tundra equipped with a 3-joint type propeller shaft due to improper casting of the slip yokes. 4/26/11

Kia: 12,690 2011 Sorento 2WD with automatic transmissions and 2.4-liter engines to replace the right side output gear and intermediate shaft due to misalignment which can eventually cause damage to the transmission. 4/25/11

Kia: 58,322 2004-07 Spectra LD to replace the fuel tank straps and attaching hardware with new zinc-coated parts due to possibility of corrosion from prolonged exposure to road salt. 4/25/11

Toyota: 307,848 2008 Highlander, Highlander Hybrid and 2007-08 RAV4 to replace the airbag sensor assembly to avoid inadvertent activation of the Curtain Shield Airbag (CSA) system and/or the seat belt pretensioner. 4/21/11

Nissan: 195,991 certain 1996-2004 Pathfinder and 1997-2003 Infiniti QX4 to inspect the strut housing for water and road salt accumulation, which may result in corrosion and cracking, and repair as necessary. 4/20/11

Hyundai: 7,829 2010 Tuscon to replace the rear reflector assemblies, which do not comply with safety standards. 4/20/11

Ford: 1,325,000 2004-06 F-150 pickup trucks and 2006 Lincoln Mark LT to have a new clockspring jumper wire installed to avoid the driver-side frontal air bag from inadvertently deploying.

GM: 2,100 2011 Chevrolet Cruze due to some improperly fastened steering wheels which could detach from the steering column. 4/6/11

Mercedes-Benz: 136,750 2000-2002 M-Class and 2000-2004 M-Class AMG die to possible difficulty or delay in disengaging cruise control by braking. 3/31/11

Volkswagen: 71,043 2011 Jetta to separate the wiring for the horn and the theft protection alarm from the power supply of the converter box and route the wires to separate fuses. 3/25/11

Honda: 2,800 2011 Odyssey due to a potential failure with the driver and front passenger door power windows. 3/21/11

Honda: 33,341 2011 Odyssey to replace the front windshield wiper rod due to insufficient stiffness. 3/15/11

Hyundai: 95,783 2007-08 Elantra to reprogram the air bag control module. 3/15/11

Hyundai: 188,697 2007-09 Elantra to install a protective cover over the weight classification connector to keep the front passenger air bag from deploying in crashes in which it should not deploy. 3/15/11

Honda: 18,056 2011 Civic to inspect the fuel pump module for leakage and replace if necessary. 3/14/11

Jaguar: 6,085 2010 XK and XF to replace the power steering fluid pipes with ones that meet corrosion protection requirements. 3/14/11

GM: 10,179 2011 Buick LaCrosse and Cadillac SRX. The software in the electronic climate control module may disable the ability to adjust the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system settings. 3/4/11

Toyota: 22,000 2008-11 FJ Cruiser, Land Cruiser, Tacoma, Sequoia and Tundra because the Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) were not re-calibrated correctly and may start illuminating the low tire pressure warning at the required minimum activation pressure. 3/4/11

Kia: 70,115 2006-08 Optima due to possibility of incorrect installation of the shift cable, which could cause it to detach from the shifter assembly's dowel pin preventing the transmission from being shifted. 3/3/11

Volkswagen: 12,612 2010 Routan due to possible inadvertent ignition key displacement from run to accessory position while driving causing the engine to shut off. 3/1/11

Chrysler: 20,459 2010-11 Jeep Wrangler to re-torque all 19 fasteners for front and rear axle attachments to the maximum residual torque values. 3/1/11

Chrysler: 154,388 2010 Dodge Journey, Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country due to possible inadvertent ignition key displacement from the run to accessory position while driving causing the engine to shut off. 3/1/11

Mazda: 52,000 2009-10 Mazda6 due to a certain type of spider possibly weaving a web in the evaporative canister vent line causing a restriction of the line. 2/25/11

Toyota: 761,000 2006-10 RAV4 sport utility vehicles; 603,000 2003-09 4Runner SUVs; 397,000, 2004-06 Highlander and Highlander hybrid SUVs; 372,000 2004-07 Lexus RX SUVs, 20,000 2006-07 Lexus GS sedans and 17,000 2008-11 Lexus LX sedans due to the shape and functionality of interior panels and carpeting that could interfere with the accelerator pedal. 2/24/11

Ford: 8,022 2011 F-150, F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550, Edge and Lincoln MKX trucks to inspect the body control module and replace if necessary to avoid an electrical short. 2/21/11

Honda: 36,656 2006-07 Civic Hybrid due to replace the voltage converter that relays power from the integrated motor assist system to the vehicle's electrical components.

Ford: 135,000 2005-06 F-150 pickup trucks to install new clockspring jumper wire with a protective mesh cover to keep it from chafing the driver side frontal air bag, which could short circuit and inadvertently deploy. 2/21/11

Honda: 97,201 2009-10 Fit due to a problem with the motion spring, a component in the engine's valvetrain, that could lead to engine damage or stalling. 2/16/11

GM: 44,147 2009-10 Cadillac CTS because a nut in the suspension could loosen and cause a rear wheel to turn causing sudden changes in the car's handling and increase risk of a crash. 2/11/11

Suzuki: 32,291 2009-11 Grand Vitara SUVs and 2010-11 SX4 over an improperly manufactured drive belt component that can break and cause the drive belt to slip or come off. 2/7/11

Ford: 280,946 2009-10 F-150 due to possible interior door handle spring failure. 1/28/11

Ford: 425,288 1999-2003 Windstar due to inspect both front lower control arm rear-attaching brackets and both body mount attachments at the rear of the front subframe. 1/26/11

•Toyota: 245,000 Lexus 2006-07 GS and 2006-09 IS 250 due to a possible problem with the fuel-pressure sensor installation. 1/26/11

•Saab: 4,400 2010-11 9-3 vehicles to replace defective fuel pumps. 1/17/11

•GM: 26,751 2011 Cadillac Escalade, Escalade ESV and EXT, Chevrolet Avalanche, Colorado, Silverado, Suburban, Tahoe, and GMC Canyon, Sierra, Yukon and Yukon XL to install new rear axle cross pins, which were not properly heat treated and could fracture and become displaced. 1/6/11

•Honda: 2,277 2010 Accord and CR-V due to a potential failure with engine wiring harness connector, which may cause intermittent spark firing or engine to stall. 1/6/11

•Ford: 14,737 2011 Ford F-150, F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550, Edge and Lincoln MKX to inspect the body control module for a potential internal short, which may lead to vehicle fire. 12/29/10

•Chrysler: 56,611 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 trucks to inspect and replace, if necessary, the rear axle bearing. 12/24/10

•Chrysler: 65,180 2009 Dodge Journey to replace the left and right door wiring harnesses which can affect side air bag deployment. 12/23/10

•Chrysler: 22,274 2008-11 Dodge Ram 4500 and 5500 to replace the left outer tie rod to avoid a potential loss of steering. 12/23/10

•GM: 95,927 2005-07 Cadillac CTS due to a flaw in the passenger sensing system mat that may cause the non-deployment of the front passenger air bag in a crash. 12/17/10

•GM: 1,262 2011 Cadillac Escalade EXT, Chevrolet Avalanche, Silverado LD and GMC Sierra LD due to rear axle cross pins that could fracture and become displaced causing the rear axle to lock. 12/17/10

•Honda: 10,823 2010-11 Accord V6 and 2011 Pilot to inspect and replace any loose damper bracket bolts or spindle nuts. 12/16/10

•GM: 97,843 2011 Cadillac SRX, Chevrolet Equinox and GMC Terrain to inspect the driver and/or front passenger safety belt system, which may fracture and separate near the seat in a crash. 12/15/10

•Honda: 143,083 2007-08 Fit vehicles to inspect the low beam headlight terminal for improper installation and repair if necessary. 12/15/10

•Volkwagen: 377,286 2006-10 Jetta, New Beetle, New Beetle convertible, 2009 Jetta Sportwagen and 2007-09 Rabbit vehicles equipped with 2.5-liter engines to inspect for possible chafing against an underhood fuel line, which could lead to a fuel leak and result in a fire. 12/14/10

•Chrysler: 367,350 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country minivans over issues with the air-conditioning system. Possible water buildup from an improperly installed HVAC drain grommet could cause airbags to inadvertently deploy. 12/15/10

•Toyota: 100,000 2011 Sienna minivans to replace a switch bracket on the brake lamp that could cause the brake lights to stay on. 12/13/10

•Chrysler: 76,122 2010-11 Dodge Ram trucks to replace the power steering reservoir cap. 12/7/10

•Hyundai: 1,783 2011 Santa Fes to inspect the rear brake calipers, which may not have been properly machined, and replace if necessary. 11/29/10
