  • “Although almost as acidic as your Austin Cooper Cellars Pinot Gris, this wine was much more balanced, with a light floral nose and a relatively smooth finish. The wine is crisp, engaging, and easy to drink as an apertif. More flavors were brought out nicely when I tried it with a salad with a balsamic vinegrette dressing. While still relatively dry as whites go, it had a pleasing taste and was definitely better when not highly chilled. Reminiscent of a somewhat heavy/substantial Chenin Blanc.”
