Cyclist abandons dog who collapses from heat stroke

A leashed dog running beside a bike in the midday sun collapsed from the heat and was abandoned by the cyclist. The bulldog mix was left on Wilton Drive, rescued by passers-by and eventually taken to an animal hospital.
