EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - This week on "Newsmakers," General Treasurer Gina Raimondo.

The newly elected Democrat released a study about Rhode Island's troubled pension system this week called "Truth in Numbers."

Raimondo explains why she believes the time for action is now, and why she has confidence that the General Assembly will deal with it this year.

She also talks about whether she thinks Gov. Lincoln Chafee sees the problem the way she does, how she differs with her predecessor Frank Caprio, and how she reacted to Target 12's undercover investigation "Feel the Burn."
