Drew Barrymore, David Spade and David Arquette top the list of celebrity presenters signed for Nickelodeon's 12th annual Kids' Choice Awards. Musicians 'N Sync, TLC, Britney Spears and 3rd Storee will perform during the show, to be telecast live tonight at 8 p.m. from UCLA's Pauley Pavilion in Westwood. Rosie O'Donnell will host for a third consecutive year. Other presenters include Rebecca Romijn-Stamos, Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, Rachael Leigh Cook and Nickelodeon stars Amanda Bynes, Kenan Thompson, Kel Mitchell and Cousin Skeeter. About 7.6-million viewers watched last year's awards telecast. This year's program is produced by Nickelodeon Prods., with Albie Hecht and Mark Offitzer exec producing. A sneak preview of SpongeBob SquarePants, Nick's newest animated series, will air following the Kids' Choice Awards.
