Dr. Paul Nussbaum, a neurospsychologist who specializes in brain health, will talk about what you can do to keep your brain healthy, including taking dancing lessons, walking, gardening and eating foods with omega 3. Also joining us June 22 at noon will be Nancy Squillacioti, Executive Director of the Alzheimer's Resource Center, who says that exercise and diet are essential not just for alzheimer's patients, but for caregivers too.
