Alley Kat cask night reminder – two casks!

Posted by:

Mark Suits

Tomorrow (Thursday) it’s the one-year anniversary of the Alley Kat cask nights at the Sugarbowl.

A sharp-eyed beer-loving reader @ryan_batty has pointed out that Loaded Goat Maibock was last month’s cask.  So I’m already a cask behind. So far I have not heard what style of beer is in the cask that’s being tapped.  My best guess would be the newly released Loaded Goat Maibock.
Since then I have heard from Neil Herbst, the Head Kat, and he says there will two casks on Thursday “the first will be an extra dry-hopped Full Moon, the second is a surprise.”

The casks will be tapped at 5 pm at the Sugarbowl at 10922-80th Ave. and poured until the beer runs out.

Cheers
