Pitchfork Festival adds Guided By Voices, Neko Case, Kurt Vile
The Pitchfork Music Festival, scheduled for July 15-17 in Union Park, added 14 bands and artists to its lineup Friday, including Guided By Voices, Neko Case and Kurt Vile.
The additions include Guided By Voices and Neko Case to the July 15 lineup; No Age, Gang Gang Dance, G-Side, and Chrissy Murderbot to July 16; and the Fresh & Onlys, Radio Dept., HEALTH, Shabazz Palaces, Baths, How To Dress Well, Kurt Vile and Twin Sister to July 17.
Three-day passes for the festival have sold out, but single-day tickets ($45) remain HERE. More bands will be announced in coming weeks, promoters say, but here’s the lineup so far:
July 15: Animal Collective, Neko Case, Guided By Voices, James Blake, Das Racist, Curren$y.
July 16: Fleet Foxes, the Dismemberment Plan, Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti, No Age, Gang Gang Dance, G-Side, Woods, Sun Airway, Kylesa, Chrissy Murderbot.
July 17: TV on the Radio, Cut Copy, Deerhunter, Destroyer, Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All, HEALTH, Kurt Vile, Yuck, The Fresh & Onlys, Radio Dept., Baths, Shabazz Palaces, Twin Sister, How To Dress Well.

I don't how this area handles so many hipsters at one time. How do they keep the PBR stocked?

From many white indie sub-genres to white-indie-approved rap, this is truly shaping up to be one diverse Pitchfork lineup.
