School gay-rights policy should be expanded

Asians and Muslims were condemning the policy, which drew almost 100 people to a contentious school board meeting last month and provoked a protest rally Tuesday evening.

Jon Ferry

The people spoke but nobody listened

With last week's federal election, next month's HST referendum and the coming civic and provincial elections, we sure are getting a lesson in democracy these days, warts and all.
