KOSICE, SLOVAKIA - Rick Nash's hit on Mikael Backlund of Sweden will not be reviewed by the IIHF.
Nash received a charging penalty on the play during a Monday game at the World Hockey Championship in Kosice.
The Canadians play Russia on Thursday in Bratislava in the quarterfinals.
