Howard County may have its "Choose Civility" stickers, but this Baltimore bar has a "Cuss Bucket." In an effort to tone down the colorful language that can be thrown around their establishment, owners Chris Kozak, left, and Ron Carback have repurposed a plastic pretzel jar by taping a sign to it: "Mount Royal Tavern Cuss Bucket. 25 cents a cuss." Bartenders have a stiffer tariff: $1 per profanity. The money collected goes to charity.
