Julia R. Heiman, a leader in the field
of sex research, is the sixth director of The Kinsey Institute for
Research in Sex, Gender and Reproduction at Indiana University, Bloomington.
Heiman, who joined the University on June 1, 2004, is also a professor
in the Psychology Department with a joint appointment in the Psychiatry
Department in the IU School of Medicine in Indianapolis.
