AB Environment Minister apologizes to communities near oil spill

Alberta Environment Minister, Rob Renner, issues an apology to the First Nations communities living near the site of the massive oil spill in Northern Alberta.

Richard Curnow is described as five feet, 11 inches, with an athletic build and weighs 208 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes.  Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the EPS ‘Dispatch Line’ at 780-423-4567.
