Kyle York

VP, Sales and Marketing

Kyle leads the sales and marketing efforts for Dyn Inc. with a focus on corporate strategy and overall revenue growth. Kyle brings a background in direct sales, sales management, lead generation, opportunity and partnership acquisition, external marketing and public relations to Dyn. He is responsible for the fast growth planning behind Dyn’s expansion into the enterprise marketplace and e-commerce revenue growth. Kyle obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bentley University in Waltham, MA USA.

Josh Delisle

Director of Sales

Josh brings a background in a direct sales, channel sales, sales management, lead generation, and marketing to Dyn Inc. He is responsible for hardening the overall lead generation strategy and sales process, while bridging the gap between direct sales and channel sales, with an eye on overall sales goals. Josh brings over 10 years of technology sales, marketing and business development expertise to Dyn Inc. Josh obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.

Brian Brady

Director of Strategic Partners

Brian is responsible for managing high-value strategic accounts, strategic partners and various sales channels. Brian brings a long list of technology sales, marketing and business development experience to Dyn Inc. Brian obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.

Chris Salisbury

Direct Sales Manager

Chris manages the direct sales process and sales implementation for direct lead and sales opportunities. Chris brings over 17 years of sales experience from top brand sales environments including PC Connection, Vitts Networks, Choice One Communications and GN Netcom/Hello Direct. Chris attended Keene State College, Studying Business Management.

Edward Bender

Special Ops

Edward plays a unique role at Dyn Inc. as is made clear by his official title, “Special Ops”. A New Hampshire native, he joined Dyn Inc. in the Spring of 2010. Edward brings a diverse background in marketing and business development, specifically in the verticals of media, entertainment, and online gaming. After founding City Year Seattle in 1997/1998 he joined the original team Speakeasy upon their entry into broadband. Throughout his 7 years at the company his duties ranged from major partnerships, to vertical market strategy, to product scope and segmentation. After 3 years in NYC, producing online campaigns for AT&T, New York Magazine, Microsoft, MTV, and Comedy Central, he is happy to be back in his home state.

Lindsey Smart

Marketing Manager

Lindsey is responsible for the day-to-day marketing efforts at Dyn Inc. From newsletters to press releases and everything in between, she works closely with the DynDNS.com and Dynect teams to ensure the company message is clearly communicated. Lindsey brings over 5 years experience in technology events marketing from Gartner and Everything Channel (a United Business Media company) with her to Dyn Inc. Lindsey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from Assumption College in Worcester, MA.

Chris Widner

Director of Community, Culture & Customers

Chris directs the DynDNS Ninja Squad and Dynect Concierge as they aim to rid the world of bad customer service and poor DNS resolution. Chris comes to Dyn from the education realm where he was a Special Education teacher and coached a number of sports, including basketball and soccer. Chris is always looking for ways to help our customers, so feel free to contact him at @chriswidner. Chris has a BA in Advertising and also has a certificate in System Administration. When he’s not obsessing over customer service or on Twitter, Chris enjoys spending time at home with his wife, Rylee, and daughter, Payton.

Chris Gonyea

Enterprise Concierge Team Lead

Chris is responsible for making sure the Dynect Concierge team is offering the best support in the Enterprise DNS industry. You will often hear Chris answering questions from potential customers, helping new Dynect customers setup their services, and assisting existing customers with getting the most out of the Dynect features. Chris brings with him over a decade of IT experience in various technical support positions, including starting out at Dyn Inc. as part of the DynDNS Ninja Squad. Chris obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University in 2004.

Jason Hutchins

Enterprise Concierge/Secret Agent

Jason Hutchins is a member of the concierge team, providing premier customer support for enterprise clients on the Dynect Platform. Prior to joining the Dynect concierge team, Jason was a lead customer support ninja for DynDNS.com where he developed his passion for all things DNS, and his always professional golden phone voice. Other than these basics, not much is know about the elusive Jason Hutchins as he often communicates in code, including php, css, html etc. Based on observation, Jason also has a passion for buffalo chicken tenders and coffee. If you speak to Jason and he isn’t immediately helpful, ask him to visit the Dyn Inc. espresso maker and call you back.

Misael Diaz

Account Representative

Misael is originally from the Dominican Republic, moving to the United States in 2004. He developed strong customer relations and relationship management skills through a variety of previous experience, working everywhere from golf courses to Italian cruise lines and in hotel management. Misael has a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering with a concentration in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). In addition to fiddling strategic partnership opportunities for Dyn Inc., Misael is a sports fan, enjoys a good round of golf and hopes to also become a motivational speaker to inspire others by sharing his life story.

Scott Smith

Partner Account Representative

Scott has been with the company since June 2010. Principally hired for his typing skills and long-drive abilities in golf, he loves his place among the BDR and Inside Sales crew. Prior to joining Dyn, Scott spent his time tearing through 10-K’s and earnings updates as he interned with various Investment Management companies from Boston to California. Despite the constant barrage of numbers, Scott listened to the quiet call of New Hampshire as it lured him with the exciting prospect of working with one of the top names on the Internet. Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT.

Noah Fournier

Account Representative

Noah Fournier joined the Dyn Inc. team in January 2011 after spending nearly four years in the email marketing world with Constant Contact, producing and broadcasting best practices webinars. He brings his experience in email to Dyn as they continue to provide the best suite of email delivery services in the industry, including SendLabs SmartMTA. Noah is Kyle York’s first hire from his alma mater Bentley University and he hopes that starts a trend of Bentley Falcons working at Dyn. He is a huge Boston sports fan and considers himself to be a serial Twitter user.

John D’Amato

Account Representative

John has experience working in sales and sales support for both enterprise and SMB markets. His work history includes time in both the telecomm and finance industries. He is responsible for direct sales and making sure Dyn Inc. aligns itself with the best and brightest companies on the web. John obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations from Tufts University and is a native of Bedford, NH.

Bobby Condon

Account Representative

Bobby comes to Dyn with 5 years of sales and sales management experience with Oracle and Xerox Corporations. After graduating with a Corporate Communications degree from Manhattan College in the Bronx, NY he took to the streets of New York in his first sales job. With a longing to return to his home state, Bobby now calls Amherst home for the second time. He is passionate about business ethics and truly understanding customer needs. In his free time, you can find him being creative in the kitchen, entertaining, or coaching on the Lacrosse field.

Brian joined the Dyn Inc. team in October, 2010, excited bring the next generation of Web-centric businesses on to the Dynect Platform.. He received his MBA from the University of Georgia and his BA from Clemson University in South Carolina. In addition to a decade of experience in IT management and creative media production, Brian brings some much-needed Southern cooking to the Dyn Inc. team and office.

Kyle Karamanoogian

Account Representative

Kyle is a diligent sales professional focused on providing customers with the latest and greatest services offered on the Dynect Platform. He has previous experience in the telecom and IT infrastructure industry, handling enterprise and SMB accounts. Kyle is responsible for inside sales with Dyn Inc. and aims to deliver excellent customer support to his clients. Kyle obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire and currently resides in Bedford, NH.

Brent Hale

Account Representative

Brent Hale recently relocated from Virginia back to his home state of New Hampshire, bringing with him over eight years of sales experience to Dyn Inc. With an interest in the sales process and a talent for making deals happen, he found a fit at Dyn, not because of a lofty technical background, but because he wanted to be part of a great company that put a focus on building customer relationships. In his spare time you will not find Brent sitting around the house, but rather enjoying the outdoors, hiking, biking, camping and snowmobiling.

Ryan O’Hara

Business Development Representative

Ryan brings a versatile background of Web marketing, direct sales, and market research to Dyn Inc. Ryan was brought in to generate pipeline by finding new clients in Dyn Inc.’s specific verticals. Ryan started out working on his senior marketing project for Dyn Inc. back in late 2008, which was then followed by a semester working as their video production Intern. He has been involved with several market research projects that have been published internationally, and spent a year after college producing a documentary on the New England Golden Gloves, while doing marketing consulting for several media start ups in the Boston area. Ryan studied at the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics, where he received his bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing.

Emily Burns

Business Development Representative

Emily is focused on scouting out cool companies and informing them about the Dynect Platform’s managed DNS solutions. When she is not targeting companies and creating solid leads for the Dynect sales team, Emily is ensuring the day-to-day office operations are running smoothly. Emily is a recent graduate of Keene State College, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
