Production Submission Forms
The Hollywood Reporter is revamping its production charts to meet the needs of its readers. This is part of our effort to make the charts more streamlined, more global in approach, and more useful for readers to search. While the Reporter makes every effort to make these listings complete and accurate, we rely on information submitted by industry sources. Credits are not contractual. The Hollywood Reporter reserves the right to refuse listings. New television and film production listings and updates to existing listings must be submitted on a "Film Production Form" or "Television Production Form."
TO DOWNLOAD FORMS VIA THE WEB: Production listing forms are now available in PDF format, which can be completed on-screen and submitted via e-mail, or printed out and faxed, depending on your hardware/software compatibility. You will need Acrobat Reader version 7.0 or later to fill out forms on-screen.
