ADAM SANDLER HONORED WITH STAR ON THE HOLLYWOOD WALK OF FAME
In anticipation of the release of his new film, Just Go With It, in theaters February 11, 2011, Adam Sandler received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday, February 1 in front of the W Hollywood Hotel. Sandler’s first brush with comedy came at age 17, with a performance at a Boston comedy club. From then on he was hooked, performing regularly in comedy clubs throughout the state, while earning a degree in Fine Arts from New York University. While performing stand up, he was spotted by Dennis Miller and recruited to join the “Saturday Night Live” team where he was a regular for five seasons. Read more
