Sony is planning to launch a new handheld gaming device by the end of this year, which will act as a successor to its PlayStation Portable, the Japanese electronics giant has announced. Codenamed NGP or Next Generation Portable, the device will feature a touch panel in the front and touch pads in the back, along with a 3G wireless connection.
