Chamber Ensembles
In addition to participating in one of the large instrumental ensembles, students may elect to participate in a chamber ensemble. This provides an opportunity for exceptional musicians to refine their musical skills and earn additional course credit. Recently, members of the Symphonic Band were selected as members for woodwind chamber ensembles to performance in China. The ensembles performed at the Shanghai International Arts Festival and in Beijing. Various chamber ensembles include saxophone quartet, clarinet quartet, flute choir, woodwind and brass quintets and tuba ensemble.
Woodwind Chamber Ensembles must be approved by Donny Allen prior to the start of classes. A permit is required to register.
