CBS’ "60 Minutes" offers a fascinating range of stories this weekend. Steve Kroft explains how Wall Street speculation influenced the swing in oil prices. Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, tells David Martin that troop levels in Afghanistan may reach 60,000 in a year. Scott Pelley examines rock star Wyclef Jean’s commitment to helping the poor of his native Haiti. The newsmagazine airs at 7 p.m. Sunday on WKMG-Channel 6.

The Sunday morning guest list has stars, too.

Bill Cosby will visit NBC’s "Meet the Press," which airs at 9 a.m. on WESH-Channel 2. Other guests include Adrian Fenty, mayor of Washington, D.C.; Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif.; and Dr. Alvin Poussaint. Cosby and Poussaint wrote "Come on, People: On the Path From Victims to Victors."

Here’s the Sunday morning guest lineup:

First lady Laura Bush visits "Fox News Sunday." (Her official portrait is pictured.) The program airs at 9 a.m. on WOFL-Channel 35 and repeats at 6 p.m. on Fox News Channel. The program also features these panelists: Fred Barnes of The Weekly Standard, Ceci Connolly of The Washington Post, Bill Sammon of Fox News and Jill Zuckman of the Chicago Tribune.

David Axelrod, a senior adviser to President-elect Barack Obama, will visit two Sunday morning programs. Axelrod takes questions on NBC’s "Meet the Press," which starts at 9 a.m. on WESH-Channel 2. The program repeats at 6 p.m. on MSNBC.

Axelrod will be a guest on CBS’ "Face the Nation," which looks at the Rod Blagojevich scandal and the economy. The other guests will be Illinois Lt. Gov. Pat Quinn, New York Times columnist Paul Krugman. Bob Schieffer is the moderator. "Face the Nation" airs at 10:30 a.m. on WKMG-Channel 6.
