Artifacts are a now-defunct hip hop duo consisting of El Da Sensei and Tame One. They hail from Newark, New Jersey and made underground music that paid homage to the four elements of hip hop. The Artifacts' most popular single "Wrong Side of Da Tracks" paid special homage to graffiti art, as they were graffiti artists themselves.

The album "Between a rock and a hard place" is one of the artifacts first released titles and it's a tough one. The well known track "wrong side of the tracks" is a awesome headbanger and will never lose it fire. The beats are gritty with harmonious jazz undertones, basically a winner. Dont sleep on this or youll have nightmares about high society.
