Description
The monoclonal mouse IgG1, κ, immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control.
Applications Reported
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This mouse IgG1 isotype control has been reported for use in surface and intracellular flow cytometric analysis, immunohistochemcial staining, immunoprecipitation and immunoblotting (WB).
Applications Tested
Mouse IgG1, K Isotype Control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells and mouse spleen cells. It should be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
