NAVY Enterprise is not a “silver bullet” that can easily solve complex problems. It is a cultural change to the way we think and act about business processes in the Navy. By no means is it an effort to turn the Navy into a business. Rather, it is a collaborative approach to conducting the business of the Navy.
Individual, as well as collective, efforts are instrumental to our Navy’s success. A culture that encourages and rewards these individual initiatives is a powerful catalyst for organizational successes. A relatively small success in one organization has relevance as a Success Story to educate and inspire others.
