Northwest winds 8-12 mph gradually become northeast in the afternoon. An overcast assembles by early evening as clouds lower and thicken. Snow develops around midnight and intensifies during the overnight hours with enough to whiten the ground by daybreak Saturday. Overnight lows hold in the middle and upper 20s.

  • Clear, calm and 21 degrees in Willow Springs, IL. Looking for snow start around 11pm. I hear Saturday is when the significant accum. is going to happen, and with big wind ++ coming with it! Gideeeuup!
