      About This Play Area

ICON_Best_For Fun For Kids ICON_Water Water Elements

This interactive play area recounts the story of Gerald McGrew and his quest to create a totally different zoo of strange and unusual animals from the most remote and exotic places around the world.

Turn a crank, spin a wheel, and step on pedals to see a menagerie of bizarre creatures appear from behind the hedges… like a tizzle topped tufted Mazurka (found on the African island of Yerka). You can slide down the tunnels of Zomba-ma-tant, or crawl through a cave in Kartoom and try to catch the beast called a Natch. There’s a wet play area where you can trap beasts (or brothers and sisters) in a cage made of water. You can ride a multi-humped cow, or play a game on the belly of Tic Tac Joe. But beware of the Scraggle Foot Mulligatawny, unless you like getting sneezed on.
