The FITC conjugated rat IgG2a isotype control is offered in 2 formats:
- µg size: This rat IgG2a isotype control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspension. This can be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
- test size: has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes and can be used at 20 μl (0.5 μg) per test (100 μl blood). The pre-titrated test size contains 0.2% BSA.
