Questions? Please consult our answers to frequently asked questions at http://www.ebioscience.com/faq. DescriptionThe MQ1-17H12 antibody reacts with human interleukin-2 (IL-2), a 17 kDa T cell growth factor and a major immunoregulatory cytokine. The MQ1-17H12 antibody is a non-neutralizing antibody. Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. MQ1-17H12 has been reported for use in intracellular flow cytometric analysis. Applications TestedThe FITC conjugated MQ1-17H12 is offered in 2 formats: - µg size: has been tested by intracellular flow cytometric analysis of activated human PBMC. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. - test size: has been pre-titrated and tested by intracellular flow cytometric analysis of activated human PBMC and can be used at 20 μl (0.5μg) per million cells (100 μl blood). The pre-titrated test size contains 0.2% BSA. References
