Fluorescence profiles of normal human peripheral blood lymphocytes unstained (blue histogram) or stained with FITC anti-human CD3 (purple histogram).
Contents: CD3 FITC Catalog Number: 9011-0036 Formulation: aqueous buffer, 0.09% sodium azide, contains stabilizer if necessary Clone: SK7 Concentration: 5 µl (1.0 µg)/test (a test is defined as the amount that will stain 1x106 cells in 100 µL) Host/Isotype: Mouse IgG1, k HLDA Workshop: II Storage Conditions: Store at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. Light-sensitive material.
The SK7 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD3e, a 20 kDa subunit of the TCR complex. Along with the other CD3 subunits ? and d, the e chain is required for proper assembly, trafficking and surface expression of the TCR complex. CD3 is expressed by thymocytes in a developmentally regulated manner and by all mature T cells.
